- You need to quit drinking alcohol, smoking, tobacco or any other habit of this kind. This is another big reason for early hair fall found in men and women both who drink and smoke.
- Do not apply any chemical bleach or color to your hair, this can increase hair fall.
- Prevent your hair from pollution because smoke and dirt can damage your hair.
- Hair fall happens due to lack of proper nutrition. So, make sure you take a proper balanced diet. If required you can take supplements to fulfill the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals and mainly diet rich in iron and protein.
- Use gentle shampoo and conditioner for your hair. Shampoo with harsh chemicals can weaken the roots of your hair.
- Apply coconut hair oil and massage your scalp gently for 10-15mins. Repeat this task at least 2-3 times in a week.
- Stress is another factor responsible for hair fall. Depression damages natural vitamins and minerals prepared by our body which causes it to dis-function and hair loss is common during this time.
- In some cases hair loss is genetic but still you can follow these steps to reduce hair loss.
